Andrew MacLennan MA(Hons), PhD
Andrew MacLennan is Managing Director of Strategy Execution Ltd, which he founded in 1997. His clients have included numerous corporations such as global banks, insurers, airlines, defence contractors, engineering firms and utilities, as well as major government agencies.
Since 1998, Andrew has lectured on MBA, MSc, DBA and executive programmes at EBS, where he gained his PhD in strategy implementation. He also sits on the school's DBA Research Committee, overseeing doctoral students' research.
Since 2006, Andrew has been a member of the global faculty of Duke Corporate Education, the executive education subsidiary of Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
Andrew is co-author of the Making Strategies Work course and has written numerous articles on strategy execution. His latest book, Strategy Execution: Translating Strategy into Action in Complex Organizations is published by Routledge.
Andrew is a first class honours graduate of Heriot-Watt University and is married with two sons and a daughter.
