Fees

If studied at an Aproved Learning partner, the fees for the subject courses and the Introduction to Business Research courses are set by that partner. These may vary from the fees charged by EBS.

The remainder of the DBA fees are paid direct to Edinburgh Business School, and not to the Approved Learning partner. These will cover:

  • The Mentored stage: £1200. Payable on allocation of an EBS mentor.
  • The Supervised stage: £4000 per year. Payable in advance of each 12-month period.

Total DBA fees are therefore the relevant EBS subject course and examination fees, plus the research proposal fee, plus the annual supervision fee(s) for the Supervised stage.

Fees can be paid to EBS by cheque, bank draft or online using your credit card. EBS will accept online payments in GBP; we will also accept course fee (but not exam fee) payments in Canadian dollars from students in Canada, in US dollars from students in the USA and Central and South America, and in Australian dollars from students in Australia.
