Iain S. Henderson BSc MBA PhD Chartered FCIPD
Dr Iain S. Henderson is a Senior Teaching Fellow at EBS. Iain holds BSc and PhD degrees from Heriot-Watt University and an MBA from the University of Dundee.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy . His principal research interest is in management development, and his main teaching is in the areas of organisational behaviour, strategic planning and research methods.
Iain is currently Director of Research for Edinburgh Business School and he has published articles on HRM issues in peer-reviewed academic journals including Personnel Review and The British Journal of Occupational Learning.
He is the author of the textbook Human Resource Management for MBA Students, published by the CIPD (2008), and is co-author with Martin Dowling of the EBS course Managing Personal Competencies.
