International MBA Program

I chose this MBA programme based on three criteria: flexibility, popularity and range of programmes available. The specialism in HRM was perfect for me, and I liked that this programme did not require me to submit periodic assignments, only self-study and examinations as frequently as my work schedule would permit. This was important to me. I was able to schedule my exams according to how heavy my workload was and pace my personal study schedule to suit.

Good programme, great flexibility, with online and electronic study resources to help me along the way.

When I decided to pursue postgraduate studies, I wanted a programme which was internationally recognized, but which was also flexible as I was in full time employment at the time. I assessed a number of programmes, but after evaluating what EBS offered, I decided to pursue that option – a decision which I have never regretted. The modular nature of the programme also fitted in well with my financing needs as my employers refunded part of the cost of the programme based on the successful completion of a module. As a result, financing was not as challenging as having to find a large sum of money at one time to pay for the programme.

The course materials were well written, easy to understand and provided more than adequate information to cover the course requirements. This was of tremendous help in ensuring success in the rigorous examinations. Having completed the requirements for the general MBA, the introduction of the MBA Specialisms was of considerable benefit to me as this allowed me to obtain a qualification specific to my area of employment - HRM. Not only was I able to select courses which were directly relevant to my work, but I also was able to immediately put into practice the principles learnt in a particular module.

Completion of the EBS programme was for me a rewarding personal achievement. As a distance learning student attendance at the graduation in Scotland and meeting graduands from all over the world as well as faculty and staff of EBS was indeed a great experience.

I have no hesitation in recommending the EBS programme.
