Gerry Reilly is a Senior Teaching Fellow at Edinburgh Business School, developing and delivering educational material for economics.

Gerry also teaches strategic planning and competitive strategy, and provides online support for the quantitative methods course.

After graduating in economics, Gerry worked in many roles before becoming a project manager in manufacturing systems for Hewlett-Packard. Gerry enjoyed the global aspect of the company and travelled extensively in both a management and training role.

Gerry took a year out to train as a teacher. He has taught in schools, colleges and universities, but believes his experience is most relevant at Edinburgh Business School. Gerry’s academic and industrial knowledge help put subjects into context and bring them alive.
