Neil’s career began as a programmer with Glasgow-based IT specialist Real Time Engineering. Building a reputation as a senior engineer Neil rose to become Amor Group’s chief technology officer in 2011 where he was responsible for digital strategy and engineering excellence. Neil continued to enhance his expertise successfully leading Amor’s Energy Process Solutions and Public Services Scotland businesses. Neil moved on from Amor to become director of engineering and technology at Lockheed Martin IS&GS leading a team over 600 technologists and engineers across the UK and Europe. He left Lockheed to co-found Incremental in 2015.
Neil is a member of Scottish Enterprise’s Technology Advisory Group and the Scottish Government’s Data Management Board. He is also non-executive chairman of The Data Lab.
Neil was appointed to the Board of Edinburgh Business School on 12th May 2017.
