MBA and MSc in Financial Management students will be exempt from certain ACCA exams

The Edinburgh Business School MBA and MSc in Financial Management programmes have both now received official accreditation from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

The ACCA accreditation is a formal recognition, which will make it easier for our graduates to continue their professional qualifications journey with ACCA, if this is the route they intent to take.

From 2019 onwards MBA and MSc Financial Management graduates wishing to further their studies with ACCA will receive exemption from up to five of the ACCA exam papers:

•       Accounting in Business
•       Management Accounting
•       Financial Accounting
•       Performance Management
•       Financial Management

Founded in 1904, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants is the global professional accounting body offering the Chartered Certified Accountant qualification. ACCA's headquarters are in London with principal administrative office in Glasgow.

See full details of this accreditation on our website or contact our student services team at enquiries@ebs.hw.ac.uk and any of our staff will be happy to discuss this further with you.
