Increasing globalisation, larger, more fluid supply chains and ever-growing routes to market have led to a more fractured business-employee relationship. What this means for both the individual and the organisation is the focus of this course.

This course is available for purchase from now and until 31 July 2021, and examinations are offered until June 2023. This course will then be phased out.
