Our distance learning specialist MBA in HRM is perfect if you're already working in ‘people management’ but you want to fully grasp the intellectual understanding needed from today's leading practitioners.

You will study the same seven core courses as the MBA. Then you'll complete four specialist courses in human resource management.

Our MBA is open to all

Typically you will hold a recognised first or second class honours degree, or equivalent professional qualification. But for those who don’t, entry can still be gained by passing three MBA courses one of which must be a core course.
