What does an organisation want to achieve? How does it go about achieving it? These are the fundamental questions at the heart of strategic planning. This Masters programme will help you answer them.
In a world of rapid change, organisations that can identify the need for change, design the changes needed and implement these more effectively and efficiently than others are more likely to survive and prosper. Designed for senior managers holding substantive positions in organisations - this programme will help you develop a strategic understanding beyond your functional speciality.
You’ll study four key elements: strategic planning; making strategies; work; project management and strategic risk management. Ideally suited to those already engaged in issues of organisational structure, the MSc will deepen your understanding of the pressures faced by management and the organisation as a whole.
You can study the MSc by distance learning or with one of these Learning Partners; Glamis Business School in Mauritius, iCon in Greece, School of Business and Computer Science in Trinidad, and CMT Training in Argentina.
