The successful applicant receives a full scholarship to attend our full-time, one year, MBA programme at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh.

Are you eligible?
Applicants** should be women, with a first- or second-class honors degree or equivalent qualification recognized by Heriot-Watt University. English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5, and at least five years’ post-qualifying work experience.
Your application essay
As an applicant you are required to write an 800 word essay on the topic
‘How will female entrepreneurs shape the future of global business?’
How to apply
Fill out our application form online, you'll be asked to attach the following documents:
1. Your current CV
2. Your 800 word essay
3. Two referees in support of your application, one from a current or most recent employer
4. Certified copies of academic and/or professional qualifications, certificates and transcripts.
*The scholarship award does not cover the cost of interim award fees, examination defer or absent fees, travel to and from Scotland (other than the return flights between Scotland and Dubai), accommodation whilst living in Scotland or incidental expenses such as day to day living costs.
**The scholarship is not open to employees of Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, members of the 30% Club Malaysia Steering Committee, or anyone else professionally associated with the scheme.
Full-time MBA Scholarship with Santander Universities
Through Heriot-Watt University's partnership with Santander Universities, EBS can offer a scholarship valued at £5,000 to a student enrolling on our full-time MBA with entrepreneurship, in Edinburgh, starting September 2017.
This scholarship is being awarded by the Santander Universidades Scheme, therefore, your home country (prior to enrolling) must be one of the following; Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Germany, Ghana, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, United Arab Emirates, UK, Uruguay, USA and Qatar.
How to apply
You must complete the application form and submit to the Scholarship Office by Tuesday 31 May 2017.
You will be required to submit a 500-word supporting statement outlining why you should receive the scholarship.
You will be required to provide a written academic or professional reference to support your scholarship application.
Evidence of your residence in one of the countries above is required before monies are awarded.
If you are successful you will receive the bursary payments in two instalments, one in each semester of your academic year of study.
